You are invited to a sharing hosted by in-between space lab, a cross-cultural creative research initiative integrating Canadian and Korean perspectives. Over a ninety-minute session, choreographers/researchers Marie France Forcier, He Jin Jang, and Heidi Strauss will reflect on initial development phases and workshops toward navigating uncertain terrain with generosity, an audience-attentive methodology for amplifying co-presence.Their collaborative practice attempts to connect with self, space, time, and encounters with uncertainty via the felt-body. Allowing the senses as a guide to converse with the (un)familiar, their work searches for understandings of trust. They will walk through where the process has taken them, offer a participatory element, and share archival material, documentary footage, perspectives they are gaining, and plans for the project’s future.
캐나다와 한국의 관점을 통합한 문화 간 창의적 연구 이니셔티브, 인-비트윈 스페이스 랩(in-between space lab)이 주최하는 공유회에 여러분을 초대합니다. 90분 동안 안무가이자 연구자인 마리 프랑스 포르시에(Marie France Forcier), 장혜진(He Jin Jang), 하이디 스트라우스(Heidi Strauss)는 공동 현존의 감각을 증폭시키고 관객에게 주의를 기울이는 방법론인 ‘불확실한 지형을 관대하게 탐색하기’의 초기 개발 단계와 워크숍에 대해 나눌 예정입니다.
이들의 협업은 느껴진 몸(felt-body)을 통해 자아, 공간, 시간, 그리고 불확실성과의 만남과 연결을 시도했습니다. (비)친숙한 것들과의 조우를 위한 길잡이로서의 감각을 허용하면서, 그들의 작업은 신뢰에 대한 이해에 도달합니다. 공유회에서 이들은 이 과정이 자신을 어디로 데려갔는지, 발견한 관점을 나누고, 참여 경험을 제공하며, 다큐멘터리 영상/아카이브 문서/미래에 대한 계획을 공유할 것입니다.
