OPEN SPRING CLASSES:
Class moves between floorwork and looping phrases that pass from floor to standing, and back again. We follow anatomical and gravitational pathways to play with momentum and balance. We dissect initiation points, micro-openings and directional shifts that give way to finding individual phrasing within larger structures and sequences. We improvise, make mistakes, and do great things together.
New class each week which develops over the 3 days and is guided by Heidi Strauss, accompaniment by Greg Harrison.
